Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We use and provide environmentally friendly products (besides EPA registered disinfectants) and necessary equipment needed to get the job done except
Vacuum
Conventional mop and bucket
Step stool
Toilet brush
Specialty products like:
Heavy duty bathroom cleaner
Wood cleaner
Bleach
Stainless steel cleaner
What if I do not have a vacuum, mop or bucket?
Our cleaner provides a travel size wet/dry mop that can only be used on non-carpeted floors. If you do not have a vacuum, the cleaner will not be able to efficiently clean your carpeted areas.
Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests?
Yes, you can. All you need to do is tell us or send us an email at hello@flexcleannyc.com with your request.
What is the Guaranteed Great Clean?
If you are not totally satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, you may request a re-clean from us.
How to request a reclean?
Customers can request a re-clean by phone or email as long as the re-clean request is made within the 36 hours (1.5 days) of the initial cleaning. The re-clean must be completed within 72 hours (3 days) of us contacting you regarding your request.
What is and is not eligible for a Great Clean Guarantee?
Appointments completed more than 48 hours after the service is completed, along with:
Items not included on our checklist
Free cleans
Recleans
Homes not in a standard condition (hoarding, etc.)
Extra services not booked with for the original service
Move Out cleans
BILLING
How do I pay for my clean?
We currently accept credit/debit cards. Our online payments are handled by Stripe and are processed through a fully secure 256-bit SSL protocol. In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security. Booking through DLL Cleaning Services is safe and secure, and we guarantee this. Any unauthorized charges that are made to your card as a result of doing business with us will be fully refunded.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We assess a 50% cancellation fee for appointments not canceled by 12 PM EST the day before the appointment.
